• Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The book must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage or markings.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Return Process:

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the book back to us.

• Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

• Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within seven days.

• Exchanges:

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

• Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
• Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Lost or Damaged Items
